Hard to believe that my  2 week appointment is this tues. I'm a little nervouse though. I have to go it alone. I'm fine going to EMMC, but getting to the nutritionist is the hard part. I'm also not comfortable on long drives I get tired, but i have to do this or I will be waiting longer before my diet is advanced and to find out where i am at weight wise.
I'm finding that i am thirsty all the time so i keep water by the bed and everywhere i go. lol. I also have G2 and propel. I'm getting a lot better with the eating, but the sleepiness isn't all that great. I'm still tired. My plan for the day of my follow up I'm going to take the kids to day care come home home and then take a nap for awhile. my first appt isn't till 12:45 so I won't leave here till 10:30 or so. Then my nut appt is at 3 so i will have plenty of time to find my way there

First off, wanted to wish you luck on Tuesday!  Hope all is well!  As for the tirednes...it will get better!  Just keep up your fluids and protein and you'll start feeling better!  You're still pretty early out!   Keep your chin up!

Wow- 2 weeks already! Time flies.
Best wishes on your 2 week check-up

When I drive alone I always have some good music to sing along. It keeps me alert. DH is 3 weeks out and still tires easily. It took me until 5 or 6 weeks to really feel healed and to have my normal or higher energy back.

Sarah...

when you get back on the interstate after leaving EMMC...
take the UNION St. exit...then RIGHT at the light...stay in the right lane
at the (I believe) 2nd light you'll see a big, beige/creme colored building on your right...that's where you need to be.  Go all the way to the far end of the building and parking lot...once in the door...go straight past the info. desk and you'll see the office for the NUT on the left just after the restrooms...
Hope this helps !!

And Good Luck with your app'ts.
