New game for Wii
I got the Jillian Michaels fitness ultimatum 2009 for my wii
she has you doing alot of squats which are real good for you and running in place which also helps bring up your heart rate.
I like it so if you need to bump up the wii with some cardio and just got tired of running and hula hooping it is a good one to get. I have only used it twice but this morning for 15 minutes going to use it another 15 minutes soon and then do my regular stepping fitness for 15 minutes I am striving for 45 minutes to day

well, squats not so good for bad knees. I think the Hulla hooping did my knees in. everytime I try it, it starts hurting again. I'll just stick to my dvd walking tape till my knee is healed, but the wii, gets mad at mamag.... "do you know its been 7 days since your last workout"? if you don't work out, you won't loose weight.. Shut the hell up you B$%#%.....

I have been so blessed with a good back for the most part and great hips and knees. The hips had just started to hurt when i had my surgery so they do not hurt now.
You are right the wii is not for anyone that has bad knees or hip but most exericise uses those two joints so it is very hard to exercise.
I hope walking doesnt bother you. I like the step exercise the best still i just wi**** went for 15 minutes instead of 5

I just got off the phone with my DH and he is so bad, he wants me to give the Wii to our boys early like this afternoon when DS gets home from school...lol. He wants me to put one of the games in the mailbox and pretend he has mail from Germany. I have to do that for the lil' guy too....found the walkie talkies at Walmart in Auburn I've been looking for so he will get those. Christmas early at my house YAY!! I have no excuse to exercise now! Just figure out how to hook the darn thing up now!
