Baked or Broiled Scallops...??
hope this isn't too late, I know LIsa and Ruth cook scallops more often then I do. but I tried this and it was wonderful.
I just fried them up in a little olive oil in pan, (w/salt and Pep) when they are all cooked take them out, put in a large spoon of Sour cream and a few shakes of paprika, stir around then throw in scallops and enjoy.... sooo easy.
