I don't do protein drinks anymore, but I do have the bars.....especially when I'm working. They make a good snack!  I've been having the Genisoy crunch....15g protein, 150 cals or the Doctor's Carbrite bars...generally 20-21g protein 190-200 cals.

Do you still do the drinks or bars?

I don't do the protein drinks anymore, I did them for almost 2 years and they got boring.
Now I eat "Pure Protein" bars everyday. I buy them at Walmart for 6.27 a box (of 6). They have 19-22 grams of protein each (3 different flavors) and only 2 grams of sugar.

I lost a lot of hair at 4-8 months out of surgery because I wasn't getting in enough protein at the very begining. I will do some type of suppliment for the rest of my life. I NEVER want to lose my hair again.

I add anywhey to my decaf coffee and it is great.  Lots of protein right in the am and I can't even tell it is in there.
