What is your Favourite Christmas recipie?????

Ok Guys This one is a really tough one, What is your Favourite Christmas recipie, traditional or new, I can't wait to read some of these it's gonna give me lot's of ideas for Christmas

Mine is

Chocolate Eclair Cake

Cake:

I one pound box of Graham crackers low/no fat
2 (3 1/4 oz) boxes instant french vanilla pudding
3 1/2 cups of non fat milk
1 (8oz) pkg of sugar free cool whip thawed

Spray a 13x9x2 inch dish prederably see through pyrex (cause it looks cute)
On the bottom do a layer of the whole graham crakers don't crush or break up, In an bowl mix the milk and pudding mix beat for 2 mins then fold thru the container of whipped topping.
Pour a layer over the crackers and then add another layer of crackers pour more mixture then another layer of crackers.

Tope with cool whip and refridg over night for yumminess or eat a little crunchy straight away.

Especially good with a little shaved chocolate or crushed candy cane sugar free of course!

oh, wow, tony, I have a recipe almost like that, it is called cream puff cake.  there is an egg puff under the layer of pudding and cream.  but yummmy, this sounds easier and good too...  but, here is just one of mine.  People ask me to make these when we go to parties.  "BEWARE !!! Hot stufff"

TEXAS STYLE STUFFED JALAPENOS 

8 large jalapenos
1 pkg cream cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese
garlic powder to your liking

Chopped red onion
dash of salt
hickory smoked bacon

Chopped pimento

1 can crabmeat (optional)

Split jalapenos in half length wise and remove the seeds. Mix Cream Cheese and Cheddar together adding spices.

Stuff peppers generously and place in baking dish. Wrap peppers with generous slice of bacon use toothpick to hold

Bake at 450 till bacon is crisp.

Black Forest Mousse Dessert  
Black Forest Mousse Dessert
1-1/2 cups cold milk
1 pkg.  (4-serving size) SF (Chocolate) Instant Pudding
1 tub (8 oz.) SF COOL WHIP (thawed, divided)
16 OREO Cookies, divided
1-1/2 cups canned cherry LITE pie filling

POUR milk into large glass bowl. Add dry pudding mix.
Beat with wire whisk 2 min. or until well blended.
Stir in 1 cup of the whipped topping.
Coarsely chop 10 of the cookies; stir into pudding mixture.
SPOON half of the pudding mixture into 1-1/2-qt. serving bowl;
cover with 1 cup of the remaining whipped topping.
Top with 1 cup of the cherry pie filling, the remaining pudding mixture,
remaining whipped topping and remaining 1/2 cup cherry pie filling.
CUT remaining 6 cookies in half; arrange on top of dessert. 
Serve immediately.  Or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. 
Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.

I think I may have to try both of these, they look awesome, Deb yours looks awesome, and cheryl my hubby loves HOt food, he is a tapitio feind and puts it on everything!!!!
