Hey I'm Back sorry I had nut and surgeon appointment in Bangor this morning so I dorve down yesterday and stayed the night at the casino, Christmas shopping and gambling!!! WOO HOO!!!!!!

OMG, what a blast, lucky you.  I need to check into that.  I need to plan an away weekend for the new year, do they also have shows there?  tell me all about it..

I love the casino

The room I had was 89.00 which is cheaper than hampton inn which was 129.00 they give you a free breakfast buffet voucher as well, the rooms are clean non smoking and pretty and modern with flat screen tv's and the most comfortable beds ever.

The casino has a lot of variety in machines and they pay ok, last trip I won $500 on the Village People Party Machines, yep i know, maybe it was just luck of the gays!!!! LOL

They have live music for free in the casino as well and that was kinda cool, it's not Las Vegas, but for Bangor I thought it was awesome!!!

LOL, I guess that was the whole reason for going wasn't it LOL, I just get caught up in the shopping and casino, Presque Isle is very quiet compared to Bangor.

My figures this trip was/were

starting weight 325
6 week 297.5
loss of 27.5
lean muscle mass at 2 weeks 164
yesterday 175.5 I have no clue how

They say I'm right on track and I have to admit I feel really good!!

yep it sure does and when you get the bonus feature they pop up and sing YMCA and in the navy and their litttle cartoon s dance it's way too much fun
