Wow.....change in relationship with food

As I've been trying to think of a recipe to add to Tony's post and drawing a big blank - I'm realizing what a change from last year at this time. Everything - and I mean everything revolved around food and I could have come up with a hundred recipes. This year I haven't been thinking of food - planning my event to encompass the food I wanted to pig out on. Instead - I'm doing fun things and food is taking a back seat to it all - lacks the importance for pleasure it once had.

I don't know if this will last as I get further out or not - but I'm kind of liking this....sort of not feeling like a slave to an addiction.

I get like that as well, but with the family I have to keep cooking LOL, apparently I cook well as Glenn and his Family love to eat here, and Dylan just loves my desserts, I have to agree with you, I would rather some cottage cheese and pineapple LOL!!!
