I on the other hand am cooking nothing.  I am out of food, so, no one can eat tonight.  I've got 3 doz eggs, I got yesterday, so maybe some french toast and sausage patties I've got in freezer for them and a salad for me.  Got a little left over Chinese stir frys for DH.

Tonight I'm going try and cook something and clean. I have so much to do before friday. I'm so tired though. I need to make somethings for my kids to eat while my mom is taking care of them and try and clean more of my apartment so she doesn't do it. lol

Work today, lousy trip in this morning, after first client I went shopping at Lowe's I have lost all of my Christmas stuff...so lowe's had everything 50% off already so got some new lights and stuff.  I cooked all day yesterdy, having my family on Sunday-20 people for prime rib and oven roasted potatoes, etcetc, so I am cooking away-everyone's fav christmas cookies, mostly our Mom's recipes, never miss her more than this time of year...Lots of cleaning to do on Friday.  WE sell Christmas trees at our house so I never have time on the weekends to do anything, so will have to be done decorating, cooking and cleaning by the end of the day FRiday.

Hey, heard from Mylsmile-she has lost 50#, 30 since surgery and is feeling great, managed a couple of outings with food, too, give her a shout out!!

Love to all! Drive safe, some bad wrecks over here...

I made a small pot of french onion soup today for lunch and I will probabyl have some more for supper tonight.  I'm the only one who eats it, so my boys will have left over ham, mac n cheese, and a veg for supper. I make it with a couple of pats of promise margerine and swanson fat free/low sodium beef broth.  I don't put the bread in but do put mozz cheese on the top...YUM!  Zap it in the microwave to heat and melt the cheese.

I have a roast in the crock pot, that is falling all apart and will make gravy for the family and have mashed potatoes and I think probably peas for a veggie.  It smells so good in here today.  Yumo...so I guess it is a cooking day...Angela

Ruth, with your schedule and kids, you need to get something in that crock pot, it takes 3 mins. and you come home to a terrific smell and supper.  I would be ordering out every night if I was you.  (expensive and not healthy).  so many recipes only have like 3 or 4 ingredients.  you want some recipes?

I guess that's why I eat the same thing for supper a lot of the time.  Especially since I like it, it's high in protein and low in cals.  I made the kids and DH some packaged fettuccini alfredo with chicken leftover from quesadillas last night. And, I reheated the leftover lasagne from Sunday........so tonight is all taken care of!  haha!

I have a Christmas party for work tomorrow evening, so I guess it's frozen pizza for them tomorrow night!  Problem solved!  haha!  See....it all works out!
