where does everyone live??

We live in Presque Isle, wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy up in the boonies (not really it just feels that way sometimes after moving here from Los Angeles)

And what do you do in the winter

We stay insode, but this year we may just try snowmobiling

I live in  Clifton with my hubby and  naked  little dog.

And what do you do in the winter

We stay ice fish and snowmobile  go out to eat  ( we do that more in the winter time then in the summer time)  and i love to shop   dont matter what  food   clothes  anything lol

where does everyone live??
We live in Sabattus, just outside of Lewiston  (FYI...my first job out of college was up there in PI at TAMC!!  I only lasted about 6 months! WAAYYYY  too cold and snowy up there for me!!)

And what do you do in the winter
Try to stay WARM!!!!!!  haha      Actually, the kids and I love sliding on the hill in our back yard, skating, building snow forts and snow people, and just hanging out and having snowball fights!

We live in Skowhegan...With three children and three dogs...We get our fair share of snow, epecially last winter.

And what do you do in the winter

We stay inside and watch movies, this year now that daughter is old enough we will go sledding (we have a hill now in our new place), go out before Christmas driving around looking at all the pretty Christmas lights, and oh everyone's favorite, come in and warm up with a HOT cup of cocoa...

What's you Fav Winter food now

Any kind of hot soup, because it warms the body up.  Before I didn't really get cold, but between the weight loss and the coumadin I am freezing all the time...

I live in Jay, with my husband and 2 mini schnauzers, Molly and Mica.

What do I think I will do this winter?  Stay in the house I'm always cold.  I have my longjohn on today at work.......... I would like to snowshoe with my husband. Or move to Florida.

My favorite food?
Hummm steak

I live in South Bristol which is about 12 miles down the peninsula from Damariscotta. I literally live 3/4 of a mile from the ocean in 3 directions. I live with my wonderful 16 year old son and our deaf Jack Russell named Ziggy. We also have a parakeet named Hilo and a hermit crab named George.

I love being outside when we have snow. Otherwise the cold is a waste. I plan to learn to snowboard this year. I even bought a new board, bindings and boots. I plan to go at least once a month thru the winter. We have a great hill near our house I can practice on.

My favorite winter food. I don't know this year as I shouldn't eat what I did last year. I guess anything warm and moist. I'm loving salads too. I wish I had a crock pot. I'd do chicken and veggies and gravy. MMMM Good!

I live in Lovell which is 15 miles from North Conway, NH, tax free shopping mecca of the universe!! Work in Conway, NH.

I HATE winter which is why DH and I always plan our one vacation per year in FEb to the islands. I am going for a month this year and actually will wear a bathing suit!! So excited.  I do nothing for winter sports although will snowmobile with DH-he sold my machine while I was in grad school : (
I am wearing longjohns all the time now.

We live in Oxford about 30 minutes from Auburn/Lewiston.


And what do you do in the winter?

We snowmobile, we've planed a trip for Feb up north at the "Forks". We've never been that far north before, we usually just go to the Rangley or Roxbury area or just ride around here. I'm excited about our trip, I'm taking some time off from work and we're going to stay in a log cabin for 2 nights with NO kids. lol Also hubby plows, I tried to go with him last year but I got car sick. I woudld like to learn to plow tho, maybe this year.

And what do you do in the winter

Stay out of the weather - I don't like winter - I am so much a summer person. I do enjoy having friends over for a good meal, lots of laughs and games. I also - if I ever get past painting the interior of this house want to get some time to do some creative work - beading and a couple of pieces of furniture are crying out for a funky paint job.
