well, I havn't eatin solids yet since my "yesterday fill"  I am affraid of food?? I NEVER thought I would be saying that.  I ate sooo much cream soups and mashed potatoes last night, I gainned a lb.  oiyy.  it went down so well, but today I need to eat "Meat", i'm going to start off with a bean soup I made.  also, I hate to be repetative, but I had added a picture of my tree yesterday and it is gone.  so for anyone interested I have a few pics on my profile.  My day will be spent trying to get my DH's family to talk, their are 5 of them and they are all mad at each other.  OMG, Freakin Grow up.  It's all so stupid, I think they are all spoiled and are just all pouting.  One don't talk cause she thinks she is perfect and everyone else are loosers.  (that's love), the other 2 men, don't talk cause they think, their loosers, and no one wants them.  (OH BOY)  my DH  & I are the only ones who talks to everyone.  then his sister in Florida, has alot of issues with her own kids and she don't talk cause she don't want to talk about it.  ALL SO SILLY... anyway, I'm getting sick of it.  then my DH gets out of work at noon today, so we will hang out a little, then MLM has his xmas party from 5-7.  so, right now, I"m going to eat, wish me luck... have a great wekend.

You are most likely still hungry cause the soup had too much broth,,, it was too easy to go down.... It is like drinking water it will not fill you up much..... need something more solid for the band...more solid protein.....just remember to take it slow ,,,first sign of pain stop eating don't drink and let it work it's way down..... I wouldn't do anything with bread yet.... unless you have no problems with  it.... Take care ~~~Linda

Hi LInda, no no bread.  I don't usually have bread anyway.  I just had a few oz. of almonds and it filled me right up, no pain.  but I just love Almonds, they always do the trick for me, a good snack.  Only problem is, everyone else loves them too, I have to hide the dang things.  I tried the cocoa powdered almonds, OMG... soooo good.  but expensive.  I think your right with the broth in the soup, but i wanted to take it slow, I learned my lesson last fill, I was getting stuck like 2 times a day.  I'm really surprised how easy the food is going down this time, I guess I learned to chew and go slow this time.  I was hoping this would be my last fill for a while, but, we'll see, might try some REal Meat tonight.  When I get home, i'm not eating at the party. NO WAY, I hope i'm not talking too fast. hehe, have a good day, Cheryl
