Santa came down the chimney on Christmas Eve to find a beautiful young lady 
standing there is a sexy nighty. She could see Santa was in a hurry to deliver all the presents to good boys and girls. She said "Santa can you stay a while?" and he said HOHOHO gotta go gotta go I've got presents in the snow. So she slipped on strap off her shoulder and said "Santa, are you sure you can't stay for a while?" and Santa said HOHOHO gotta go gotta go I've got presents in the snow. So she slipped off the other strap and the nighty fell to the floor. 
She said "come on Santa, are you sure you can't stay a while?" and with that Santa replied, HEY HEY HEY gotta stay gotta stay, can't get up the chimney this way!
