1lb shrimp
2 cups edamame frozen from health food store
1 cup frozen corn
red pepper
onion
2 cups brocholi
little bit of fresh ginger
1/4 unsweeted pinapple
3 packets of splenda
This of course makes a lot. This was so good. I put cheese on top of mine. Yum Yum
edamame are soy beans. They are yummy and very healthy. You can find them frozen in the natural foods section at Hannaford or Shaws. You can get them in the pod or shelled. I like them in the pod with salt and pepper. Good snack too!
My niece and I got fresh edamame at Market in Brewer this fall we LOVED them. he told us about the health food store having them I haven't been able to find them else where...Yummy and something good for us.
