looks like i'm back on a roll for posting, so why stop now? 

so, My knee is feeling better, slowly every day, i've actually done my "walking DVD" 4 times this week.  So I want to get in one hour today, already did 20 mins so I Challenge you all to do an hour with me.  No excuses Lets all do it together.

I  did  20 minutes on the wii and  so far   10 trips up the   drive way for another  20 minutes then washed the bus and got soaked 

I  learned how to set up a mp3 player(yes i never owned one)  and put some music on it to walk with WOWWWW  did i move lol  i got  so tired of  radio stations that  half  an hour of ads 

I am having   warmed up  frozen strawberries  blueberries and a half a cup of greek yogurt for lunch  mmmm goood.

ok, ok.....I went for an hour long walk tonight - happy?  It's nice on 12/4 to still have it warm enough so this cold weather wuss could still go for a walk.

Never enough time in the day!  Sorry!  I couldn't keep up with you today!  I'll make up for it tomorrow though!  Gym (eliptical and weight machines) for at least 1-1.5hours!  Gotta take a day off at some point right?  Today was that day!  haha!
