phew.....this was a hard one for me - most people get past the hunger in a couple of days - didn't work for me.....the good news is this part only lasts for a couple of weeks.

Not long now until your surgery!

G'morning Sarah...
You can also have SF popsicles...FF / SF jello & pudding and yogurt

These actually do help ~
Believe it or not it does get a bit easier...
The second week was much better than the first ~ at least for me

Good Luck ~ The 12th is gonna be here before ya know it !!

It's rough for sure! I only had to do it for 2 days and was seriously struggling! Things that were hot seemed to hold me over better, but broth tasted like crap. I ended up straining a can of chicken noodle soup because it tasted better - not cheap but better!

If you like decaf coffee or tea, I'd try that!

Good luck! It's hard work, but I promise you that the payoff is SO worth it!

I habve to have some form of caffenie to keep my migraines under control and i do notice that i am not as hungry when i drink something that is hot. I'm also not as hungry when i have slim fast high protein drink. but i have to keep busy. Thats not hard to do with my two kids running around lol.

I'm trying to find different things to eat. I have to go groc. shopping. it isn't easy to find those things at shaws. I wisht there was a store that carried just sf/ff stuff. that would make it so much easier. lol
I'm not as hungry as i though i would be this am. I'm surprised.

If you're only doing 3 protein drinks you're undereating.  Our program allows 3 meals and 2 snacks. Make sure you get the snacks in also., one mid morning and one mid afternoon.

Snacks can be 1/2 a protein drink, a small yogurt w/ 2 T powdered milk. The snacks will get you through the hungries.

Day 1 and 2 are the hardest then it's easier. Good luck
