On Monday I saw my PCP for my "3,000 mile check-up" and blood work.

She called me yesterday and was sooo excited...

On meds for diabetes we couldn't get my A1C under 7.4
I haven't had any meds at all since Nov. 5th...my A1C is now 6.9 !!!

My cholesterol was awesome !! My "bad" cholesterol which has always been a problem is below normal !!

She wants to do another fasting blood sugar in 30 days and again in 60 days...
IF all is still good she will be able to list me as a NON-diabetic !!

It's only been 3 weeks since my surgery...this is soooo amazing !!

Life Is Good !!

Deb that's wonderful, and only 3 weeks out and having medical differences!

We're hoping DH will get to drop his diabetes and acid reflux meds.

Woo Hoo, Debz!! Isn't this amazing! It has only just begun!! Wait until you have to change sizes every Month or so!!

I'm looking forward to the smaller sizes...the weight loss is definitely a "bonus" but getting off all these meds. is a Huge Plus !!
