Thanksgiving "getting to know Yousss"

I felt since it is Thanksgiving Week, we all have much stress and much to do, I"d add a few fun questions to relax....

1.  Where and how much of the work do you do for Thanksgiving Day?  We have decided, this year to celebrate with the kids, Sig/others on Friday with a Ham dinner.  I do it all and Love it.  But I don't work out of the home, so I have time to play.  My DS is making his Cranberry, strawberry, almond salad.

2. What is your Favorite Thanksgiving Food that you plan on replacing with a "WLS alternative"? Nothing, i'm having everything..

3.  Who is the one person, in your family, that usually cases havoc or craziness?    "ME"

4.  What is the BEST xmas gift your buying this year? Not most money, but just all around best.  We got my dd's step dgt a Hanna Montana Wii game.

5.  So what is "THIS YEAR'S" New Year's resolution, since its no long weight loss.  Get my DD Healthy.

1.  Where and how much of the work do you do for Thanksgiving Day?  We have decided, this year to celebrate with the kids, Sig/others on Friday with a Ham dinner.  Had ours on  sunday at  my dads with  children and grandchildren   I made turkey  and  ff sf cheese cakes   one son did  salads  other son did mashed potatoes and peas   dads wife did  bread and provided the place..

2. What is your Favorite Thanksgiving Food that you plan on replacing with a "WLS alternative"? I had  everything  just didnt  pig out   Took my time eating  and it worked.

3.  Who is the one person, in your family, that usually cases havoc or craziness?    no one

4.  What is the BEST xmas gift your buying this year? Not most money, but just all around best.  Bought myself a mp 3 player for walking music

5.  So what is "THIS YEAR'S" New Year's resolution, since its no long weight loss.  Get my son thru the hoops for  rny  support him as much as possible.

1.  Where and how much of the work do you do for Thanksgiving Day?  DD is hosting thanksgiving dinner. She originally told me not to bring anything- "You hardly eat, and dad is on his liquid drinks"  I offered to make the traditional cranberry molded salad.
2. What is your Favorite Thanksgiving Food that you plan on replacing with a "WLS alternative"? My favorite is pumpkin pie. I did tell DH I would have a fork full, no crust.
3.  Who is the one person, in your family, that usually cases havoc or craziness?   My sister- the drama queen

4.  What is the BEST xmas gift your buying this year? Not most money, but just all around best.  Not sure- haven't shopped yet. Heck It's ONLY november!

5.  So what is "THIS YEAR'S" New Year's resolution, since its no long weight loss.  Probably resolving to do more exercise and trips to the gym.

OMG, I"m done xmas shopping and all decorated and wrapped, socks too.  BUT, tomorrow my job is to put bows on all the gifts and Sunday, stuff the socks and put in box so that is ready.  BUT, let me just say, "I"M SICK"  I think I have OCD...

I've already celebrated last Sunday - it was at my place and I did everything except the pumpkin pie

2. What is your Favorite Thanksgiving Food that you plan on replacing with a "WLS alternative"?

For the most part I eat normal foods - my "WLS alternative" is only to have a bite or two of the choices that aren't as healthy.....ok that WAS the plan.....all the bad stuff is out of the house now......sheese.....true confessions.....a total of 3 white yeast rolls and 2 pieces of pumpkin pie in 2 days.....

3.  Who is the one person, in your family, that usually cases havoc or craziness?    

My mother or my brother....and not necessarily in a good way.

4. What is the BEST xmas gift your buying this year? Not most money, but just all around best. 

I don't have a lot of people in my life that I exchange gifts with - it's more the social aspect. Buying gifts for families in need is probably the best ones I do.

5.  So what is "THIS YEAR'S" New Year's resolution, since its no long weight loss. 

I'm still resolving to loose some more poundage here....not nearly done yet.....for 2010 - it will be to get cash for tt.....or a good man......or both!!!!

Usually everything...but not this year...we're going to my DS's in Princeton and all I have to do is make a chocolate cream pie !!
 
2. What is your Favorite Thanksgiving Food that you plan on replacing with a "WLS alternative"?
I love REAL gravy...I put gravy on my gravy...but gonna replace it with FF Heinz in a jar

no one that I can think of...

4.  What is the BEST Christmas gift your buying this year? Not most money, but just all around best. 
The Wii for my DS...'cause I get to use it too !! 

5.  So what is "THIS YEAR'S" New Year's resolution, since its no longer weight loss. 
Get back to CURVES and try to (hopefully) tighten some "things" up a bit
