It's so good to hear from you!  Glad you are settling in and that Timothy is doing well getting along with Moodyblueyes!  Cute name, btw!

I think you are doing just fine.......like you said.......I think the exercise might bump it up a little bit, but there ARE only so many hours in a day!  Just keep working your tool and you'll get there!  We all lose at different rates, as I know you are well aware!  Slow and steady wins the race, right?   I know I can see a difference in your face and the fact that your blood pressure and diabetes are well controlled is what this is ALL about! 

So..........CONGRATS!  Keep up the great job!

I'm always curious when I hear people stating they are not losing as fast as they should - what did you expect - (I don't mean this sarcasitically )? Sounds like you are losing about 8-10 lbs a month - which is awesome - 10 lbs a month for a year is 120 lbs......

I don't lose any faster than I would on a regular diet - I ways always able to lose easily - it's keeping it off for the long haul and making this a permanent lifestyle that has been my issue.

When you talk about how much you eat - do you ever check to see what it equates to in calories - I thought I was a big eater early out- and compared to some probably so - but what I thought was a lot was really more like 1000 calories.
