ok, so we are celebrating Thanksgiving with our kids on Friday, only with Ham cause no one wants turkey (especially 2 days in a row, they all have other families to go to on THurs), anyway, I have the house decorated in fall, leaves, pumpkins, you know??  anyway, I've taken out xmas stuff too, should I do Fall or Xmas or both??? I'm so confused???  I can't believe the stress in my life, making such big decisions.  lol      what would you do?

Glad to hear I am not the only one having this dilemma!  I have a Thanksgiving Flag out with Fall leaves in the flower boxes and a tree with Christmas lights....  Oh well, we have to do it when we have the time.  Good luck, I'm sure it will be fine.

You could always be like me and do............NEITHER!  haha!   Christmas stuff won't go up until next weekend (we always wait until DS's birthday!)

You are ALWAYS so creative with this kind of thing.........I'm sure you'll make the right decision!

Sorry to not be more helpful!

I totally agree Tony,  I took all the TG stuff down, I figured on Friday we aren't having anything tradtional anyway so, down it came, I'm getting on a coat in a few minutes to go take down the outside fall stuff, thow out those rotten pumpkins, and add my wreath to the front of the house. the house is all decorted but with our new addition I need to get more decorations, I threw out some old stuff and need some new things.  then maybe Sunday i'll put up the tree.  Last year we had a charlie brown tree with one large red ball in it.  (because the house was a total mess under construction) it was so cute everyone loved it.  I think I'm going to get one up again this year and put it up in DH's bar/playroom.  Another tradition.  NO snow here yet, maybe tonight. yikes.  I can imagine how much you miss Australia, OMG, my dream vacation is to go to A open/tennis.  Wanna bring me??  have a great Holiday.
