dont know what else to call it 

3 cups skim milk
2 boxes  sf instant vanilla pudding
1 tsp pumpkin spice   i used  cinamon and  nutmeg
one can of one pie pumpkin  small  can

mix together

then  fold in  one sf ff  cool whip 
chill 
i put  some in a pie plate and  am freezing it
and the rest we are just eating
veryy good 

makes   8 servings

This is pretty much the same recipe I posted as the Happy Thanksgiving post that Debz started.  I however do NOT use the milk in mine.  Mine was from weigh****chers or someone that belonged to weigh****chers.  The milk is good for you but just adds extra fat, so all same ingredients except I just put the dry pudding mix in with the pumpkin, cool whip, and spices.

If you use skim milk, there should be no extra fat.  But def added protein and that is a good thing!

i also made it with out the cool whip this morning and added another pudding to make it thicker

it was  still good.
