Sore butt, whatcha doing today?

Good morning buds.

Yesterday I had a presentation to do at another site in Augusta. It wasn't my day to drive in the carpool and my attempts to get to the gym were altered twice this week. I walked from my building to the other building, I figured it was nice out, was dressed in pants and it was good exercise.  My ears froze- gotta get out the ear muffs. But the walk was good. My car-pool buddy clocked my path on the drive home. I walked 1 mile each way!!!!! I have muscles in the back of my thighs and butt that have awakened and are complaining today.

Today is beauty day. I'm going to get my hair cut first. DD purchased a makeup session for me at Nordstroms in Rockland for my birthday present.  I will bring my bare essenctual products and ask them to create a "natural, not over the top" daytime look. I probably have all the wrong colors and shades. It will be interesting to see what the lady does.

Congrats on the 2miler , I am having the toughest time pushing myself out the door in the cold to walk....arrggghhh

What a great walk!  Amazing how those muscles "wake up" and scream at you sometimes!  I hear them all the time!  haha!  BUT..it's a GREAT feeling to know we have muscles in there!

The makeup session sounds like fun!  That's a cool idea!!!  ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!

it's a little beauty shop- the owner's last name is Nordstrom.

I hear she's battling with THE NORDSTROMS for use of the name. Hmmmm can't name your business you last name?
