Two-Week Check-Up...

Well I had my two-week Check-up yesterday and got the staples removed

Dr. Clough was very pleased with his work and mine

Met with the NUT after...and that was too much fun...
I was worred about a couple of things but turned out everything went very well !!

Found out I have more muscle mass than I do fat mass...which I was very happy and surprised to hear !!

And she also told me that for only being 2 weeks out I should have been in the 10% (of something ~ don't remember what though) anyway...I'm in the 14% !! So she said whatever it is that I'm doing to keep it up 'cause it's working for me

so I was all nervous about that app't. for nothing...
