Do You realize???

That  this is the first time  in over 20 years that i have not gained weight or had my clothes get tighter.

This is  a  journey   that has been worth  it.   It  has been a blessing  and  i do  count them!!!

I  do know that i have to plan for the hoidays in order to get thru them and  not make   a lot of wrong choices.   I  will plan.  

It is  harder this year as  for some reason money  doesnt  seem  to go as far  as  last year.  But that is ok we will have wonderful holidays  anyways   by just being  together and watching the children,.

I agree it been on an amazing journey.. i would do this all over again 100 times to feel as good as I do... its all about choice good or bad we pay for them all..  Holidays are right around the corner just make sure to use small plate dont over fill..easier said then done but it can be done..

That is wonderful that you have come such a long way.  You must be so proud :)

I agree with you that planning for the holidays is KEY!  

This journey is incredible........both with the ups and downs!
