What is your exercise this week?

I know i hate that word too but it is a fact of life.

I walked my drive way  normally  i  try to do  10  to  20 laps  today i did  30  and then six more as little dog needed to go out.   so i walked a whole hour today.

Breakfast was a protein shake made with unjury and  ice and  8 ounces milk and ovaltine  and  with the ice it makes a 22 ounce shake  that i drink on bus.

good breakfast and good   fluid.

lunch is   1-2 cup strawberries   put in microwave to thaw and warm   with splenda
3.-4 cup   greek yogurt with  splenda

who thought splenda would be my  sweet   friend  not me  but i   really do like working with it in the food plan

I dont  know about  anyone else but i do  eat healthier now than i did.  I have more fruits and milk in my diet.  less red meat  and  hardly  ever anything fried.

i small  ravioli  or  dinty more or corned beef are  my favs if i cant think of anything else.  the smallest can  you can buy  does me just fine.

scary thing is that i can  eat  three quarters of a six inch sub.  when i use to be able to only get in   one quarter   of one

Hi Patty!,

Never thought I would ever say this! But I now really enjoy exercising!  I  did my usual 3 days at Curves and I just started a new class that focuses on Core Exercise 2 days a week.  I use free weights, balance ball and a step ramp. It is really fun and it really works the muscles!

Exercise is a DIRTY word!  haha!  BUT.......it IS my transfer addiction!   I've made it to the gym every day this week, except Monday, when my back was hurting too much.  I usually do about an hour of cardio on the elliptical or combination of elliptical and bike.........depends what kind of mood I'm in!  Then I do the weight machines for an arm and leg work out.  It burns a  coupla calories I suppose!  Weird how I dread going and then, once I'm there, I just keep going and going and going..........I feel like the Energizer Bunny!  NOT!!!!!!

I went to the gym Wednesday evening and walked ..6 miles, biked 15 minutes, did the weight circuit and arm bike machine for 8 minutes.

Today I walked .8 miles.
