went from blueberries to strawberries
well my blueberry season is over
and yes i can do frozen but if i going to do frozen i am doing strawberries.
Dayna one of our nuts said that the sams club frozen strawberries were wonderful.
So i got a bag the other day. I take out what i want for a day and add splenda and put in microwave and cook for a minute or two depending on how chewy i feel that day.
then I cool them and add them to fage yogurt (my fav) or just add a little more splenda and eat just like they are.
It works for a sweet for me. So now i on strawberry kick for a while. fozen blueberries works well too.
I also went to whole foods in portland last weekend and got some pink lady apples. A little pricy as they are just coming out and most stores dont have them yet. They were so good.
I dont mind paying for good produce and fruit.
And i a good girl today been on wii for a half hour stepping already this morning.
Woo hoo
what is your plan today!!!!
HAVE A GREAT DAY and remember our vets!!!! I will!!!
