New Knee brace- WOW
My knee is swimming around, getting no support from this thing.
I have phoned the orthopedic surgeon to give my a prescription for a new one. Custom made- I think I'll choose pink sparkles this time for the metal part, my old one was purple with black straps.

96 lbs lost and gone forever!! To God goes the Glory!
Finally it moved!
I had very large thighs, knees and calves, so WL is affecting those areas.
Yup this knee brace is expensive, but it is an insurance covered item. My 1st one in 2007 was around $800., I paid my deductible of $200. I have met my deductible for 2008 so it will be 100% insurance paid.
I'll ask the fitter about smaller sizes for the future. Worst case scenario my insurance will get to buy another as my weight drops. I have OCD and this brace unloads the weight off the damaged knee knuckle. It's either this or knee replacement.
