I bought a scale today, I haven't owned one for years and I was down 8 lbs which is a total of 24 lbs since the week before surgery.  Clothing is starting to feel loose and it feels great.  I have started eating scrambled eggs and canned chicken as well as mashed potatoes and squash.  So far no food problems, everything seems to go down and stays down well.  I'm still having a hard time getting in all the protein, liquids are fine it's just the protein.

24 lbs!! That is so awesome!! Yes, the only way I could get all the protein is to drink those shakes   I got so I couldn't stand the smell as I dumped the powder in the blender... Yuck!

Congrats!!!    You are doing awesome!   Remember though........don't be a slave to the scale!  Stalls happen......don't get bummed out by them, ok?

Just keep trying different kinds of protein! It's SOO important!  You can do it!

Congrats again!!!!!!

great job! in the beginning it's very hard to get in all your fluids and protein. just make sure to eat your protein first or do protein shakes. don't worry too much about potato or squash at this time. it tastes great but really has no value for us. keep up the awesome work. you're doing great.
