Getting nervous...

OK so my appt with the nut is tomorrow... And I dont dare step on the scale... I havent been as good as I should have been.... I think i just might not eat today.... Maybe that will drop a few pounds...  And i get my results from the sleep study on Friday So I am driving my self nutts... I just dont know what to do with myself...  Any ideas?

corinne will know if you don't eat. you need to eat. if not your body will go into starvation mode and you won't lose weight like you want to. just be honest with her and yourself. good luck.

I wouldn't "NOT" eat today!  Just make some healthy choices and it'll be fine!  The more nervous you are, your body will revolt and not cooperate!  Just relax, deep cleansing breaths!  Do a bit of gazelle or walking too....that will help you curb the appetite. 


Hope all the appts go well for you!  Keeping my fingers, toes, legs, everything crossed for you!  You'll be in my thoughts!  GOOD LUCK!   Keep us posted!

btw...planning on  the gym after my meeting this afternoon, if you wanna go (it'll be about 315 or so and I'll only have about an hour as DS has football practice tonight!)  Text me if you wanna go!

haha, I know how your feeling, I too am a little nervous for Thurs, I know I dropped a few lbs. so that is good, and I just need to focus on the fact that I lost and not gainned as I had done in the past.  as the band is known for some people take 3 years to loose their weight, so I just need to remind myself every now and then.  Especially being on here and seeing every one doing so well.  I'm happy... this was my choice and i'm not beating myself up over it.  You'll get there Jessica, you just wait, if your not going to have surgery in 2 weeks, then in 4 weeks, you almost there toots.  your at the end of your ride, and this is the worst part for waiting.  as for keeping yourself busy.??? I know you don't want to hear clean, lol  I just organized 2 closets, after seeing my cousins home and how organized and clean it was I started feeling guilty, staying at home and having my home so dirty.  so, how about looking up a new low fat recipe on line and making that for supper, or repotting your plants and giving them a once over, clean a closet, bureau, clean your kids room and reorganize toys, (or have you done that already), go visit an old friend, surprise someone sad with a visit or flower or coffee, and last but not least go for a walk, shop, make a halloween costume, carve a pumpkin.  Good Luck, you will be fine tomorrow.  Let us all know how it goes.  Hugs, Cheryl

You guys are soo awesome!  I have never met anybody like you guys.. You are so caring and very dependable when someone needs a pick me up...  You always make me feel better no matter what my issue of the day is... So THANK YOU!

I walked around my parking lot yesterday at work and I did about 1 mile... then when I got home I did the gazelle and did 2 miles and 30minutes... and today at lunch i'm gonna walk some more... (if its not Raining)   and then the gazelle 2 nite...   and maybe if i get up early enough  i can try and do the gazelle in the morning before my appt...do you think its a good idea or u think it might add more weight to the scale?

just my opinion, but I think some cardio will help you burn off calories, as long as you DO eat!  Just avoid any heavy muscle building stuff.  Avoid high sodium foods today too!  Drink LOTS of water to help you flush everything out!
