Busy, busy, busy!!!!


B:  protein shake  17g prot, 110 cals
S:  lf cheese   8g prot, 60 cals
L:  salad with turkey  11g prot, 100 cals
S:  protein pretzels  10g prot, 120 cals
D:  ??  whatever I can find!!!!

Vitamins.....DONE
Fluids.....30oz so far but the day is still young!

ooof not much my pouchy is grouchy today. Well dang I ran out of cashews and got backed up. Funny how 1 or 2 handfulls of Cashews a day keep me going lol.

I feel like crap, I'm shivering, have really bad cramps... but

Cheryl you go rest sounds like you may be coming down with the flu or something. Are you running a temp. Your not sore around your port site are you? If your running a fever at all go get checked out ok.

i'm feeling better, I really believe it was the milk.  remember about a month or so ago I was having diareah, it lasted a month, I was drinking alot of milk and I stopped, and the D stopped I had some today and 10 min. later I was bent in half.. I'm going to try experimenting see what happends.  hmmmm???
