something is low
Hi MamaG!
As well as determining the above you might want to have your thyroid checked (a blood test called a TSH). Mine was borderline low and I remember feeling like a cat--all I did was sleep and it still wasn't enough. I was given a prescription for Levothyroxine and after a couple of weeks I was feeling better.
If you decide to check your thyroid make sure they do the FT4 as well as the TSH.
Hope you feel better!
Jen

thanks guys, I was just thinking today, I need to start counting my protein again. something is wrong with my jaw, i'm in so much pain, I don't know if this has anything to do with it. yes I am sleeping very well at night. dont think its cause i'm bored, I'm pretty good about finding things to keep me busy, yesterday I said I was bored but I think i was just tired. I'll see what happendds in a few days. I actually looked up symptoms of dehydration were last night. I am getting in my water too tho??
Several things can lead to being tired like that. Low Iron and or Ferritin. Low vit D. Low potassium can wipe you out too along with giving you muscle cramps. Get yourself some of the Powerade Zero. It will help boost your electrolites. Thyroid can also mess you up. I know Dr Loggins has everyone have the thyroid test prior to surgery but I would have your primary test you. That could have a play in slow weight loss too. It is worth having it tested. Have a complete Thyroid test. I know I get useless when my thyroid needs to be adjusted. I have been on meds for 9 or 10 years now lol Fatigue is totally a symptom. Weather changes could also effect your energy levels.
