Sunday Field trip, anyone and today's walk

Lap Band on 04/21/08

Ruth and I are going to NH fleemarket on SUnday, anyone wanna come?  Sorry you can't make it Kathy...Hope to see you on Thurs tho.... I"m excited today, going to Walmart, wooohooo!!! there goes $200.  then going for walk and ride to Portland Airport.  Won't be so bored today.



Come join me and set your own goal this week...

New week:  Goal 5 hours

Tues:  30 min. walk

I'm so proud of you Cheryl!      This walking goal is great!  I love it!!!   

Can't wait till Sunday!  WOOHOO!!    I've got addresses for 2 different flea markets down there!!!
