S: lf chips  2g prot, 70 cals  (carb monster struck while I was doing my paperwork and messing around on this computer!!!!  YIKES!
D:  scallops and veggies   23g prot, 110 cals

Vitamins..DONE!   fluids:  43oz so far

Pre-op support group tonight!  See you there!!!!

WHERE IS A GOOD PLACE TO GET SCALLOPS? AND THEY REALLY HAVE 23GM PROT? HOW DO U COOK THEM AND HOW MANY ARE WE ALOUD TO EAT?

I get the frozen sea scallops at Wal Mart (I think they are 8 or 9 for a bag of frozen ones)  I usually cook about 4oz frozen (they cook down quite a bit).  I just throw them in a non-stick pan with Pam and some veggies...then I add salsa once they are almost cooked!  I love it!

First let me start by thanking all you guys.  All you guys who had faith.  Faith that this would happen for me.   I know I was annoying, but many of you were there for me.  I'm sure I havn't reached the "Sweet Spot"  but certainly am feeling some restriction, and not bad if I do say so.  I still need more fills and need to learn and tweak my diet some.  but I feel confident that something is happening.  My eyes and my head wants to eat everything I used to eat, but my pouch is saying "NO WAY".... This Band is great, so far, i'm eating what I want, just not alot of it.  now lets see if we can loose some weight.  so, thanks again.

B:  2 coffees, cabbage soup
S:  Nuts,
L:  roll up, lettuce, 2 sl turkey, 1 sl cheese (could only eat 3/4)
S:  lf cheese stick, sl turkey
D:  1 pork chop, string beans

This is what I've had so far today:

20 oz Bottle of Water with Vitamins
B: Pure Protein Bar
20 oz Bottle of WalMart Brand Crystal Light
L: Left over Spagetti (sauce has hamburg in it) with shredded cheese melted on top
20 oz Bottle of Diet Iced Tea
S: Orange
20 oz Bottle of Water
D: Baked Chicken Breast is in the oven now and having mash potatos & corn with it
More Water before bed
S: Popcorn or Bowl of Cheerios with Skim Milk while I watch my shows

I think I did very well today. Hope you all had a good eating day too!
