This is what I've had so far:

20 oz Bottle of water with Vitamins
B: Pure Protein Bar
20 oz Bottle of Walmart Brand Grape Crystal Light
L: 3 Chicken Strips with Ranch Dip
20 oz Bottle of Diet Iced Tea
S: Skipped snack again was to busy at work
20 oz Bottle of Water
D: ??? trying to make up my mind what I want, I don't feel like cooking lol
S: Not sure yet, maybe a SF ice cream square
And I plan on drinking more water before bed

I really should have a salad for dinner to get in some veggies, but I don't know what I want, nothing looks good. I hate when I get like this.
