Whatchya eatin today????

B:  protein shake  17g prot, 110 cals
S:  lf cheese   8g prot, 60 cals
L:  salad with turkey  12g prot, 100 cals
S:  bacon wrapped scallops and a few goldfish crackers  25g prot, 140 cals
S#2: 1/2 oz almonds   3g prot, 80 cals
D:  ?? 

Fluids:  64oz so far
Vitamins:  DONE!!!!

ohhh, not doing so good...


B: 3 bites wasa crac and turkey, coffee
L: 3/4 c Tuna salad
s: slice Turkey, slice cheese
Oh OH?? here is comes?? bloody mary (what can I say, I'm guilty)
D: home made egg rolls, pork chop 2 slices of tomato

IT AMAZES ME THAT A PORK CHOP WOULD GO DOWN OK, BUT NOT A CRACKER??? I talked to a woman who has the band and she said she slims once a day.  wow, I'll tell you one thing, i'm staying away from my wasa "Lesson Learned"  I'd be affraid to eat if it happends all the time. maybe then I'd loose weight, lol

Dang....I was thinking the same thing about the Bloody Mary......think if we put protein power in it.....we could call it a meal?

It was awesome, my son makes a wonderful one with Clamato Juice, I started off feeling pretty guilty, but forgot about it...

Not a real great day eating for me:

B:  too much coffee
S:  Powerade mixed berry 30oz
L: 1/2 low carb pita, 3 slces bacon, 1 slice pepperjack cheese all melted in toaster oven w/ 6 soya sour cream and onion krisps
S:  dd iced decat w/ 1/2 skim 1/2 cream
D:  hamburger helper enchelada
S:  beer
late S:  dannon 0% plus w/ choc ff/sf pudding whip topping & almonds
