wonderful vlog AGAIN!!  Your doing awesome, and way to go measuring everything, its amazing how we think we can guess at what we think is a cup, or Tablespoon. I was challenged at WW one time to measure my salad dressing, I said I was having 2 T and it turned out I was having 6T.  I realize a T isn't very much,  That's when I started eating FF dressing,  I had to make a change.  Congratulations...
