How do you know when you've eaten too much?

I don't really have a "sign".....although, right now, I've got A LOT of pressure from those few bites of fried dough I had (does that count?)

Yeah....that counts.....unless that fried dough causes you to lose extra weight! 

Seriously - I have been 99% a model rny'er in my eating, the few times I've splurged - like when I went to the folk festival in Bangor and ate (gasp) six french fries - I lost 5 lbs that week ....go figure.

It's weird how that happens, isn't it?   I'll let you know how the fried dough works...haha!    I'm generally the "model" RNY patient too, but sometimes, you have to just try something and lately, it's been too often for me!   I need to get "back on track"!!

I get um hiccup burps lol I had not had those since I was pregnant lol I only get the pressure when I have eaten to fast..

WHen I am full I start to burb and/or my sinuses fill up-huge cause for fun at my dinner table!!

It was magic when she realized who she had become...

I get those too, when I am to stop eating.  I know I have eaten too much, I get the foamies.

i get the hiccups/little burps and sometimes a runny nose. if i get too much i get the foamies for a bit. no fun there.
