If you aren't riding the hormonal wave right now, I don't know who is!! Remember that fat cells hold hormones and as we lose they release those hormones.  Dealing with JUST that is enough to make us feel a bit crazy, add that to your first Merina period, who knows what is going on... Try to rlax, do some serious deep abdominal breathing, and understand the surgery can not NOT work at this stage.  You are fine, look at the weight loss so far and divide by how many months you have been at this and remember when the last time was you lost this much weight, this fast, knowing it isn't going back on...I won't tell you to stayof the scale, but if you don't want to feel crazy stay off the scale!!!LOL Lots of water to offset the possible period weight gain, and rest, rest, rest...
you are loved!

I know just how you feel.  Some weeks the weight steadily comes off then I will stall for a week or 2.  Our bodies need to catch up with our weight loss but it is still no fun to not see that scale move.  I weigh myself everyday.  I know I shouldn't but I can't help it.  We just moved last weekend and I forgot to pack my scales.  I still have some things to move.  I have not weighed myself all week and it is driving me crazy!
