Friday's Walk

This morning my knees and heals are swollen and hurtin bad, so I'm not going for the long (haha 2 mile) walk, i'm heading up the steep hill next to my house and walking the loup which only takes 7 mins.  but works my heart harder.  Then doing some more yard work. I need to get in 1 hour of hard work. so....I'll be back!

Goal= 5 hours/wk  (tues-Tues)

Friday=walk 10 mins, rake 30 mins.......
New Week Total=3 hr. 10 mins

I bought a  wii and a wii fit  yesterday and  i have been playing with it since i got off and bus and when i got up this morning


I  have worked on aerobics for  an hour by there time and other  things  but i even did the small run they and  omg i never have run in place before   woo hoo  and i made it thru.

anything to help me step up my exercise.

my butt cheeks are sore.
