so sick of this

ok, big day, dr's appt.  I"ve been so good,  for 4 weeks, actually did liquids for 2 days (t &w) except for good supper, and scale up 3 lbs this morning, grrrrrrrr  I feel a cry coming on at Dr's office.  I NEED something?? not sure what at this point. My body hurts so much, I"ve been walking even pushed it the last few days and ran a little (very little).  If I gain wait again this month... i'm affraid Dr will give up on me.

hang in there cheryl! you will succeed. it takes time and you will get the fill just right eventually.

what does dr. L say about it? does he seem surprised that you're not losing more?

have you thought about a revision to a RNY? i want so badly for you to have success. don't give up! we won't give up on you!

Oh, Cheryl!  I am so sorry!  What do they suggest? Did you get another fill?  Are you keeping a food journal?   Hang in there! I am sure it will happen for you!!!  We are here for you!!!

I hope the Dr. gives you some advise and help so that your band can start giving you the results you want.

  Dr L will not give up on you!!  I hope you get enough of a fill to help you out!  What did he and Corinne say at your appt?  Don't pu**** TOO much with the exercise...yes, it's good to move, but too much will just set you back and make you not want to do ANYTHING!  MODERATION with the exercise is key!   

I tried to see you before you went in for your appt this morning, but you were already in the back!  Just wanted to wish you luck!!!!  Hope it all went well!  Please keep us posted!

Was it your scale up 3 lbs or DR L's?

Whichever, WE know you have dug in and are really trying. Hope you get the fill you want 4 ccs and then things will start to happen for you.  Hang in there girl!!

ok, i'm back.... ouuuuuuuuuuuuch!!!  Mike did it again, tried 3 times then Dr. L walked in and took over, I had tears running down my cheek.  Well, I think they were already running at that point.  Dr and Mike both tried to cheer me up.  Its normal, to keep up what i'm doing.  funny, he thought I looked like I lost weight and I keep getting told that, and I"m loosing my hair, dropped 2 sizes and NOPE, nothing.  I hope your all right and this one might do it.  They were awesome,  I like Mike too.  he gave me one more cc = total 4cc's, dr said I should feel a little after this one.  Lets see.  I lost one lb.  but gainned 2 last time.  hmmmm??  Thank Ruth for stopping in to see me.  Your all wonderful.  I just need to hang in there, funny thing is I realized today, I was at my 10% loss the Dr wanted me to loose preop... HOw sad is that?  I had a little crying fit, with Mike.  then we all laughed about me wanting to swear in french, Dr. L said, go ahead I don't know what it means.  Well on liquids all night, oh, and making lazagna for family "Oiyyyy"....  Thanks again to you all, Hugs, Cheryl

I'm sorry your appt was so painful. I hope the 4cc.'s is your "sweet spot" and you don't have to go for anymore fills.

You're to hard on yourself. I think you've done great. I've never been able to lose weight and keep it off until I had WLS. Even when you're not losing weight on the scale you can still lose inches and sizes. Keep up the good work, you must be doing something right because you aren't gaining the weight back. You ARE keeping it off!!!

Still hoping this is THE fill that will do it for you!  Sorry I missed you. I waited for a while outside and I think I saw your car, but no Cheryl!     Were you parked over in the emergency room parking lot?  What time did you get outta there?   Maybe I'll catch up with you someday!!!!! 

sorry I missed you too,  my appt was 11:30 and I was out at 11:50, I parked up on other side of 10 high st. near entrance to garage.  would have been alot quicker if I hadn't been a big baby and needed so much attention.
