Edit: get in some exercise??
dont' think i'll get a walk in, got errands in town the dr's at 11:30. I'll see if i'm up to it after. i'm not a pm walker, need to get it in before my bones start hurting. But I"ll try. my DH had to help me walk last night, I'm way too young for this pain.
EDIT:
I got in 20 mins walking,
Feet are killing me so I switched over to Raking lawn (dried up dirt to plant more grass seeds)
20 mins. raking = 20 mins.
Weekly total = 2hrs 30 mins. Goal of 5 hours (tues to tues)

Pain sucks! I can totally relate. I had knee surgery for osteoarthritis last year and really should have both knees replaced. First WLS- that will help. I'm only 52 and falling apart.
I did 1.5 miles on my exercycle last night and my knees are complaining today
This was the 1st time in a long while I have biked. ouch!
Tonight I'll get on the bike again, the pain will lessen as I work out the kinks and get the creaky knees moving.
