Work!  EWWW!!!  Gotta find some time to exercise at some point!  With kids back in school, field hockey and football practice every evening....AND HOMEWORK!!!!!  YIKES!!!!  I'll be at the gym tonight at midnight!!!!!  NOT!!!!!!!!    Hope you are all enjoying this wonderful weather!!!!

B:  protein shake   17g prot, 110cals
S:  LF cheese stick   8g prot, 60cals
L:  1/4 lavash with 2oz turkey  11g prot, 70 cals
S:  Turkey jerky 15g prot, 80 cals
D:  scallops and veggies  24g prot, 110 cals

Vitamins....DONE!    Fluids:  58oz so far

A lavash is kinda like a soft tortilla. I find them at Hannaford near the bakery stuff. They are low carb and low cal and all I need is 1/4 of one with 2oz of turkey to fill me right up!  They taste pretty good too!

well, so far, I stuck to just liquids:

B: protein EAS
S: Yogurt (is this a liquid?)
Water, water, water
L: 1/4 c cream soup, 1/4 c skim milk
D: Salad w/ff dressing, turkey burger, low carb flat bread

I'm going to loose weight for Dr's appt tomorrow if I have to cut my arm off.

40  ounces water
2 cups coffee
ww  sante fe  and a couple crackers for supper
20 grapes
vitamins done

Not sure if these post are suppose to be for the new people or for "oldies" like me too, but heres what I had so far today.

Vitamins with 20oz bottle of Water
B: Pure Protein Bar
20 oz. Bottle of Grape Wal-Mart Brand Crystal Light
L: 2.5 oz. White Chunk Albacore Tuna with 20 Mini Saltines ( I love these crackers they are the devil lol)
20 oz Bottle of Iced Tea
S: Banana
20 oz Bottle of Water
2 Calcuim Chews
D: ? Not sure yet, probably something made with hamburg, I need to use up whats in the fridge.
Probably more Water
S: ? Either a bowl of Cheerios with skim milk or some Popcorn while I watch my shows tonight

I don't count my calroies anymore because I'm not trying to lose.
I drink between meals, never with meals.
I take all my vitamins (except my calcium chews) before I leave for work in the morning.

Can I join? Trying to eat healthy, pre-surgery.

Breakfast: Slim Fast High Protein w/ milk, 1 cup watermelon
Lunch: 2"x2" Hungry Girl Veggie lasagna
Snack: Dannon 80 cal yogurt
Dinner: shepard's pie- 1 serving
Snack: diet jello, 1 cup watermelon

Water- 60 oz so far
Vitamins- done

Exercise- gardening 1/2 hr.

Accountability works! I had a pretty good day!
B: slimfast low-carb shake
L: 2 slices (1 oz) turkey & 1.5 slice swiss cheese w/ 2 tsp ranch dressing
D: 2 oz shrimp with 1 tbl light mayo, 1 tbl baked yam, 2 tbl. fresh stemed green beans

I cup coffee with skim milk for breakfast; 24 oz crystal light,

Need to drink more tonight. May have a SF/FF hot choc. Yum.


I am not much of a snacker, but maybe a bit of Fage yogurt later with OB2 and sf choc syrup. How much of that can I have?? More than a 1/3 of a cup I hope...
