It's Tuesday......what ya plannin on eatin?

Started out the day with a headache and stomach kinda upset....so, it's been weird around here today!

B:  protein shake   17g prot, 110cals
L: very small salad with turkey 10g prot, 90 cals
rest of the day: your guess is as good as mine!

Vitamins are done but WWWAAAAYYY behind on fluids!!!!!  YIKES!

L: Turkey Wrap on Whole Wheat
S: Sliced Watermelon & small Banana
D: I don't have a clue yet

S: salad w/ff dressing, 3 oz fish, asparagus

Ok, lets see.....

B: Cottage cheese w/fruit

L:  Subway = seafood & crab wrap w/spinach, tomato, onion, + provolone cheese
                        (ripped off about half the wrap stuff--wayyy too much)

S: Protein shake

D: Lobster roll (yes, on hot dog roll--i could tolerate it and very rarely do i eat this, my whole grain        bread was moldy).


Btw, Ruth, you're smokin' in that blue dress!!!!

My day started off hectic and got somuch worse!!!
 B:  2 cups of coffee
S:  raspberry juice
L:  2oz deli turkey, summer squash, zucchini, tomatoes & corn topped w/ WWmexican cheese ~ this was REALLY YUMMY.
S:  1/8 c edamame, cinnamon bun atkins bar
D:  wine
S:  not sure as I need to eat some protein
A really good day at work tuned into a really bad day when my surpervisor returned from vacation...my data input didn't save from last week.  So....6 hours worth of work is LOST!!!!  I'm having WINE for dinner; even DH made a comment about my "liquid dinner".  Oh well
