Monday...Holiday whatchya eating?

Went to the lake today and froze....believe it or not!!!  It was so windy, even the kids didn't stay in the water very long!!!!  But, this also meant a little bit of snacking for me...YIKES!
So, here's the damage:

B:  Kay's natural protein cereal with CC FF milk  17g prot, 145 cals
S:  lf cheese 8g prot, 60 cals
L:  salad with turkey,  lite Ital       10g prot, 100 cals
S#1:  lite chips  3g prot, 75 cals
S#2:  caramel rice cakes   1g prot, 60 cals
S#3:  1/2oz almonds   3g prot, 80 cals
D:  steak and fresh corn  20g prot, 150 cals

Gotta figure out a way to burn this stuff off now!
Vitamins DONE!   Fluids: 42oz so far

1 piece of pepperage farm   pumpernickle toast
one tablespoon peanut butter

1 ounce  tuna with  mayo in a half small pita bread
2 pickles
3 tootsie roll midgets
2 cups popcorn
22 ounces cran light with  lite and healthy oj drink
20 ounces  water
vitamin and calcium

maybe   filet mignon  on  mashed tators later  not sure tho

now yesterday  was  a differnet  story
split  homemade french fries with friend for lunch
one piece of fried haddock for supper and  a corn on the cob
ice tea   coffee and two bottles of water
vitamins and   calcium

tomato and apple for snack  in evening

she took me to  supper for my   birthday  so i splurged a little then it all got stuck and i was  afraid it was gonna come back up but it didnt lol

 HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!!!    55 YEARS  old and  feel  wonderful .  Best thing i ever done for my self!!!!
model pants for grandson and he kept saying to big meemee so i too a pile over to my daughter in law to  look at 

My little dog  sang for me  and  son called  and  hubby gonna give me the money for the jeans i bought  last week   so  now if i could have   someone make me a cake lol
probably good thing i dont  have one might eat too much of it lol

oh, Boy,  not a good day I was alone, planning a honeymoon on line and eating.  I feel very bloated now. here goes

B. 1 c cereal with skim milk and banana

L. turkey burger, cheese, lettuce on low carb flat bread 10 ff chips

s. almonds

another snack. Choc soft serve baby icecream cone

D. veggie burger , slice cheese and 15 ff frozen french fries

well lets see I started out good...

B:  2 cup of coffee  4p  120cal
     1cup of mini wheats  and milk

L: 1/2 c beans and english muffin w butter
twix bar
20 oz water
diet caffinef pepsi
pot roast in a lite wrap with mayo and lettus
1 potato with butter
1 cookie
5 popcicles sf 75 cals
20oz water

but i havent added it up yet but i think that i might be over my 1300-1500 cal diet the nut put me on.  well i was home all day so it made it so difficult.

It's been a whole week now and I am still on liquids. I am getting bored with it. I want to eat! Even if it is mush.....I am supposed to stay on liquids for the next week, so I hope I can make it, lol. I ususlly have been drinking
B: protien shake
S: jello or popsicle, sf of course
L: protein shake
S: broth
D: protein shake
water seems to be no problem for me. I tend to get 40 plus oz in a day and the dr wanted me to go from 12 to 24 in the first week, same with the protein shakes.

Took the kids to Reid State Park yesterday...what a blast!!!  I'll post some pictures.  I have them posted on myspace already. 
Here's what I ate:
2 cups coffee
1/2 chicken salad wrap w/ about 10 Soya krips
south beach cinnamon raisin bar
dd toasted almond iced coffee
2oz chicken w/ summer squash, zucchini, tomatoes & corn
1/2 cup fage w/ tbsp pudding, sf strawberries & whip topping
then NOT A GOOD IDEA: 1/4 cup chocolate moose tracks ice cream w/ whip topping = dump city I spent an hour hanging over the toilet and then passed out on the bathroom floor.  It was awful...I have no idea what I was thinkingNever again!!

oiyyy, stephanie, its amazing how we never learn sometimes isn't it.  Our brain just takes over and we can't even control ourselves for such an simple little thing as Ice cream.  It is just crazy.  wish the surgery was able to fix our brains too.   have a great day....
