I share your pain with most of those pet peeves! Just hate those computer generated calls! YIKES! Thanks for sharing Terri! BTW...your bracelet is made and I should have it in the mail today or tomorrow..let me know when you get it! Ruth

I agree with them all!!! Especially the forward forward...hate those things they are SO IMPERSONAL!!!!!
