3 day weekend!!!!!!! WOOHOO!!!!!! Hope everyone has a GREAT one!!
B: protein shake 110 cals, 17g prot
S: lf cheese stick 60cals, 8g prot
L: salad with turkey and lf dressing 90cals, 10g prot
S: beef jerky 80 cals, 13g prot
D: scallops with veggies 120cals, 25g prot
S: (bad, bad, bad) Pringles light chips! 70cals, 2g prot
S#2: (just cause I deserve it, and it's good!!) SF jello with nf whipped cream 40cals, 0prot
Vitamins: done Fluids: 51oz so far, still a ways to go!!!!
I feel like such a "girlie girl"!! My daughter played with my hair tonight trying to figure out what to do with it for the wedding tomorrow...it should be interesting...to say the least! Then, she painted my toenails for me and I even did my fingernails (I hate nail polish, btw!!) Hope we have fun!

S: frozen bryers yogurt, go lean cereal & a glass of wine
Looking forward to the 3 day weekend!! Takin the kids to the Ocean at my Mom's favorite spot at Reid State Park.
