Spoke to Ann...Leprechaun

I saw Ann at Hannaford today and just wanted to give you all an update.  She's still in pretty significant pain but is back to work light duty...She saw the doc and she has at least 2 more weeks of light duty. Her muscle relaxants are making her kinda goofy, so she's having a hard time with them at work.  Just wanted to give you all an update.  She also told me to let you all know that she won't be around much this weekend as she has to bring her son up to college!  Good luck and drive safely Ann!   Ruth

could I ask what happended to Anne??

She pulled something in her back trying to lift her mom (if I remember correctly) She was in quite a bit of pain on Saturday and had to leave the gathering early because of it!  Made us kinda sad.  Hopefully it will heal up quickly!

Thank you for the update on Anne, Ruth!!  I hope she feels better soon!!

Awwww, feel better Ann! Poor thing!

Just wanted to pop in for a bit and update re: Anne. I talk to her daily (most days anyway lol) and she seems to be doing fairly well actually...with the exception of a twinge here and there that is! She came to visit the other day before work and we walked to a nearby restaurant for lunch. She brought her son Jonathan "Jon" to college up in Waterville and said that "went well." She's on medication for pain when she needs it but I'm not sure if she needs to take it regularly or just as needed. Seems to be in good spirits and doing the best she can at keeping up at work! The pathetic part for me is that even with some back pain off and on, she STILL can outpace me when we walk lol!  We walked over to a medical building behind CMMC the same day we went to lunch. I was on a heart monitor for 24 hours and I had to return it. Haven't heard anything from that yet--and don't expect to tomorrow due to holiday. I know Anne posts on the board more often than I do but just in case she hasn't seen it, I'll mention to her that you guys are concerned and wishing her well. I know she'll appreciate the thoughts!
