I just have to thank everyone on here....

I realized from yesterdays post that jus****er is definately NOT enough lol

I had a small shake last nite and a sf pop. I slept thru the nite :)
I felt better when I got up too.... I had a 1/2 c shake again for BF and a pop.
And now I'm working on another shake for my lunch!!!
Its just sooooo hard to force yourself to do this when you not hungry (which I know will pass)
I guess I have to push myself to stay healthy even if its just with the shakes for now!!
And when some hunger does come I will work on other stuff.

Thanks again
Lynzie

Lynsie, No matter what you need to keep up your strength and health, loosing weight is good yes, but if you make yourself sick it will be much worse.  I can't imagine feeling like you do, I woke up in my room and wanted a steak... funny how that all works out different for everyone.  just Keep getting some stuff in and you feel better much faster.  take care, girl... Hey Lynzie, I'm 6 months out and rarely get hungry. It takes a long time for that sensation to come back. Please try to get protein into you. It's so important and will help later on with hair loss. Mine was minimal but I made sure to get the minimum protein in. Good job getting in what you have.

Glad you are feeling better!  Your energy will definitely improve if you can continue to get even small amounts of protein in you.  It's hard, but it will lead to a healthier you!  And, you will feel some hunger, at some point!   It gets easier as time goes on!   Glad you are getting some nourishment!!!!  Ruth

That is what we are here for, Lynzie!!  I wasn't "hungry" for 3 months.  It was so wierd, but that hunger will come back, don't you worry!!   I am glad that you are getting more protein in, you don't want to lose any hair or muscle...
