First day of school.!!!!!

Well I got my precious cargo  to school   this morning  and  it was  an interesting  process.  It will take  a little time to get it perfect but  by the end of next week we should be good to go.

I  was a good girl

had my protein shake this morning
banana for snack
coffee
20 ounce water

and  I  EXERCISES  WITH LESLIE SANSONE WOO HOO

was i good or not lol

S: 1 cup watermelon
L: Turkey & Bacon Wrap w/ pickle spear
S: 1 Banana
D: ???

I was up and going at 6:30 am and made it to curves! I am back on track!! Thank you, Allicca!!

First day back for my boys today, DD goes back tomorrow!  HERE we go...gonna get busy!!!!
Sorry I've been slacking on the menu stuff.....been crazy around here!!!!!

B:  protein shake  110cals, 17g protein
S: LF cheese stick    60 cals, 8g prot
L: 1/4 lavash, 2oz turkey  75cals, 11g prot
S:  turkey jerky           80cals, 15g prot
D: scallops with veggies!   120 cals, 25g prot

Vitamins done!  Fluids...up to 57oz so far...but the evening is still young!!!!

Lunch  was
one cup  dinty moore beef stew
handful of pretzels for snack


20 ounse of water

supper 

one half cup pasta,  2 ounces  spaghetti sauce   1 quarter cup squash one cup  salad and one tablespoon on side of  olive garden dressing

now time for   last  20 ounce of water  and will have a cup of milk before bed

did fit day and my calories for day was  1123
