It's FRIDAY! What did YOU eat?

TGIF!!!!!!!   Less than 24 hours until the OH gathering!!  WOOHOO!!         Can't wait to see everyone!  

So, anyone sharing the damage they did today?
Here goes:
B:  Protein shake with CC FF milk...18g prot, 95 cals
S:  1/2 Atkins bar..........7g prot, 80 cals
L:  bocca burger...........13g protein, 70 cals
S:  turkey jerky..........15g prot, 80 cals
D:  scallops with veggies......24g prot,  120 cals
S:  I think I might have some SF ice cream tonight.....     I spent 1 1/2 hours at the gym, so, why not???!!!!??!!!  (Bad, I know!!!!) 

Fluids and vitamins DONE!!!     I LOVE the new smilies!!!!!!  hehehe

Hey Ruth!!!
So today I seem to be somewhat back on track...been absent because I've had a REALLY bad week.
Today:
B:  coffee
S:  skipped it as it seems to be making me hungrier in the afternoon
L:  2oz deli turkey, 1/2 low carb wrap w/ ff cheddar cheese & 1/4 cup edemamae
S:  atkins cinnamon bun protein bar ~ dumped about 30 minutes later??
D:  tuna steak w/ parmesan cheese
S:  wine
Late S:  dannon 0% yogurt, 1tbsp cheese cake pudding mix, & strawberries topped w/ lite whip topping
