B2: wasa with PB2.........6 g prot, 100 cals
S: LF cheese stick........6g protein, 50 cals
L: 1/4 lavash bread with turkey/mustard....11g prot, 80 cals
S: turkey jerky....15 g prot, 80 cals
D: salad with turkey...15g prot, 115 cals
