I am overweight!!! That's right, the charts don't lie, sometime over the last 3 days I drifted into overweight land..hahahaha better than onderland, I think, becuawe this is a health thing. I am no longer considered OBESE and boy do I hate HATE that word, her is my other favorite -MORBIDLY OBESE which is where I satarted.

SO, I thank God first for this gift and my will to use it, and then I thank my DH as he supports me every step of the way andintroduces me as his "new wife" and then to MY OH heros who while they, too , stuggle every day to make sense of the tools, and the head and heart hungers, and the set backs and et al, still jump on line to support each other's tears, joys , sorrows, good and not so good days.
To you my dear, dear ones... Thank you from the bottom of my much healthier heart.

funny that you mentioned that about your DH...
the other day my DH said to me; "ya know I was just thinking, about this time next year...I could be having an affair with "another" woman...sort of..."
normally I would have been upset...(sort of)...but that actually made me smile

and I am soooo looking forward to being that "other" woman !!

Kate! You are ROCKING your tool! You are such an awesome supporter and inspiration to all of us!!!!!!!!!! It's an amazing feeling to be "overweight"!!!! (I started out at Super morbidly obese, so, I, too, know the feeling of "just" being overweight!!!!) Just imagine what you can do with that wonderful tool!!!! What an amazing accomplishment!!!!!! It IS a struggle, some days more than others! But what a wonderful feeling to see all that hard work pay off! Keep on WORKIN' IT GIRLIE!!!!! Gotta love ya!!!!! honks!!!!!! Ruth

Such a good feeing isn't it Kate. I am so happy for you. It is a struggle at times but so worth it. lol Your DH must have quite a sense of humor . My hubby would be introducing me as his old wife probably cause I am just about at the weight I was when we got married lol Not so sure I want to be called the old lady. HA HA!!!! One thing I have going for me is that I so do not look my age. Nobody would ever guess I am 42 especially with my kids being so young.

Good for you Kate! How exciting! I can't wait til one day i'm in the overweight catagory.

I hate the terms MORBIDLY OBESE, the only thing worse than that is "SUPER OBESE, or SUPER MORBID OBESITY" which is where I started out with a BMI over 53!!

H/C/G = 303/262/170 Ht.= 5'3 Fill #1 = 4cc's Fill #2 = 2cc's Fill #3 = 0.5cc's

That is awesome, Kate!! you prompted me to look at mine.... only 3 more lbs and I will be moderately overweight, right now I am still obese. Way better though then when I started Super Morbidly Obese!!! You made my day!!!

Kate, you are sooo right!!! If it were not for this site and all the wonderful people I've met, I know I would have had a much harder time adjusting to this new life. And to you Kate, Congratulations and may I say from the bottom of my heart, I am so glad to have met such a sweet person like you!
